Warranty Coverage

Traditional Select Homes warrants that, within the limitation described in the Warranty Booklet and Certificate of Warranty Coverage, your home will be free from qualifying structural defects, and if so indicated on your Certificate of Warranty Coverage, will also be free from defects in workmanship and systems. Structural defect coverage is for catastrophic failure of load-bearing elements of your home. Other 3rd Party Warranties Available.
