Traditional Select Homes new homes all come with a 2-10 Home Buyers Warranty® (2-10 HBW®). That means that all new/custom homes have the BEST warranty protection available offered through a third-party, insurance-backed, new home warranty program. Each new/custom home comes with ten years of structural coverage that starts on the day of closing.
